Anderson County Emergency Medical Services proudly operates under the medical direction of Dr. Michael Lapaglia. Dr. LaPaglia currently practices emergency medicine at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Our Clinical Operating Guidelines are layered by three major credentialing levels, beginning at the First Responder level and buidling to the Paramedic level. To further improve the quality of our system, our Clinical Operating Guidelines are reviewed and revised on an annual basis. All providers at Anderson County Emergency Medical Services, whether basic or advanced, are expected to be familiar with all aspects of our Clinical Operating Guidelines.
