Communications Division:

The Division of Communications is staffed and operated by members of the Anderson County Sheriffs Department. The staff is composed of twelve dedicated full time dispatchers along with multiple part time employees from around our community. The communications center is located on the fourth floor of the Jolly Building just off of Main Street in downtown Clinton, Tennessee. However, due to security reasons the communications center is closed to the general public.

Within this office multiple departments are dispatched simultaneously in an effort to centralize communications. Departments dispatched out of thise officer include: Anderson County Sheriffs Department, Anderson County Emergency Medical Services, Anderson County Rescue Squad, and all Anderson County based fire departments. Our communications center is equipped with the latest in E-911 technology and is capable of receiving calls from cellular and computer based devices. Computer aided dispatch software allows our dispatchers access to a plethera of information along with ensuring organizational operations that allow our system to function most efficiently.
